Graduated Edwards Military Institute in 1962. our senior officers put the Commodores VW bus on top of the Parade Stand. We all fell in the next morning and none of the officers seemed to notice. The sniggering and nudging going on in the ranks gave us away and as the sun came up the Commodore noticed it was his bus up there. He had a conniption, kicking pine cones and stomping around blustering so that made it all worth what ever happened to us.
The perpetrators were commanded to step forward and the Cadet Commander and his staff including company Commanders all immediately stepped forward. What could he do. Whatever it was it was so little I don't even remember it.
